Accomodation

There are no registration fees. However, the price for full-board is €150 and comprises everything for the whole stay.

You will be staying at the Rond-Chêne domain, Esneux (website). There are 53 beds available, mainly organized in double rooms.

You can come either by car or by train. In the latter case, you should get off at the Esneux station; when registering for the meeting you will be asked for your arrival hour at the station. In this way, it will allow us to organize your transportation from the station towards the Rond-Chêne domain.
